Women’s Creative Playshop!

Women's Creative Flow Playshop to Awaken your Inner Flame

Join Kristine Ringler and Sirena Dudgeon for a creative expression movement playshop to connect to your inner fire on Sunday, April 23rd from 12-2pm at the Longmont Climbing Collective. All who identify as female or woman are welcome. This playshop will include astrology insight for the eclipses, grounding, meditation, breathwork, and free-flow fun movement. We will end with a special tea making ceremony to bring home with you. 

Freedom to move, flow, expressively dance, and listen to your internal flame within a community can enlighten your soul! Dancing to music brings joy and play into your heart. We will explore meditative practices through movement. This two hour playshop will allow you to find your creative self-expression through free-flow and inner connection.

The Playshop will feature: 

~ Opening ceremony with astrological insight for the eclipses 

~ Warm-up to ground and open your self-expression roots

~ Intentional free flow movement with musical inspiration 

~ Special tea making closing ceremony

No experience is necessary and all who identify as female or woman are welcome to enjoy this fun and uplifting time to move and create your soul's intention through free-flow movement and dance! Pre-registration is REQUIRED!
